Khao Sok / Thailand

Thailand is fantastic weather, world-class bathing and diving facilities, delicious sandy beaches, friendly people, cheap restaurants, souvenir and copy shops, stalls and markets with everything between heaven and earth.

And it is a country where it is extreemly easy to be a tourist and where the Thai people like to do something extra to get your attention and satisfaction, so you'll definitely come back.

But Thailand also has 127 National Parks, of which Khao Sok National Park is one of the best known and at the same time one of the most special with the possibility of staying in raft houses on the 165 km2 impounded Cheow Larn Lake, where you can experience nature as close as it gets. 

The National Park is located in Surat Thani province, relatively short distance from Phuket, Koh Samui, Krabi and Khao Lak, and it is easy to get there on one or multi-day trips.
